After hearing a great word-of-mouth referral, I contacted The Closet Store for a quote to customize our master bedroom closet. I live in a moderately sized 2/2 condo, but lack significant storage space. The owner (Brent) personally visited our home to measure out the closet, and asked great questions on what we specifically wanted and offered some suggestions on how to best utilize the space.

Within 48 hours, I had a quote and 3D plan of what the closet would look like once completed. We loved it! We did ask for a small revision, which he had no problem making, and sent back a new plan for us to review before making a final commitment. The install was scheduled a week later, and I had a beautiful custom closet, which TRIPLED my hang space and storage, within a couple of hours. The two gentlemen who visited my home to perform the install were courteous and professional....and were very kind about our cats being all over the place.

I am so satisfied with this closet, we have already begun the process of having our pantry, laundry room and spare room closets customized by The Closet Store. We are in love!

I had a terrific experience with The Close Store. Brent was quick in responding with detail CAD drawings, quick and efficient in making changes, offering suggestions and detailed. Install was today and Cory and Mark were amazing! I am so happy with the results. I have done custom closets in 5 homes and this was the most impressive experience. I would highly recommend!

I was referred to Brent and Susan from a neighbor, I had already had several quotes but what I wanted was so pricey that I put it on the back burner. Susan came out and was amazing! She was the only person to not lose me in the jargon and went through the effort to show me where all my items would go in her design. I really loved how she took the time to tell me about where things are best put. The topping on the cake was her pricing! It beat all my other quotes, was a quality product and her design helped me the best. I am so in love with my closet it has taken such a weight off my shoulders!

Absolutely love my new closet!!!! Was a 50th birthday gift from hubby and my mom. The guys showed up on time and were done in 2.5 hours. Came out way better than I could have imagined. Melissa was great to work with and was more than willing to add the changes we wanted. Will definitely recommend!!!!

Let me just start...I’m not much of a review writer, but I couldn’t let this pass...my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new closet.Mellissa came out to the house and measured the closet and discussed layout plans. Within 24hours we had several sets of 3 D plans. Melissa came up with a layout neither my wife or I had considered. We went with her plan, and it worked perfect. The installers even commented on how nice and functional it is. From planning to installing, The Closet Store did a fantastic job! Susan is so friendly and easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted in our closet. The guys that installed were prompt, efficient and even noticed that one of the baskets was cracked. They went back to the office and brought back a new one without issue. This is a local family owned business that does a fantastic job!!!!
